Hello guys!! What do you like to do the most, what is your hobby? I have many interests, including cooking. My favorite recipe for dinner is Dal, it is a vegan Indian dish.  Today I will present you my favorite lentil, which I eat with pita bread. We need 350 grams of red lentils, we cook them with a two glasses of water and spoon of turmeric.  In the pan, fry onion with curry and spicy spices, when the onion is golden, put it a pot with lentils. Next we add half can of coconut milk and mix everything. Our Dal is ready, so we're taking bread. We make a mass of wheat flour, water and salt, roll into thin pies and fry a dry pan. That's all, the dish is simple, tasty and interesting, you can cook them especially for friends or family, maybe they never have eaten something like that. Have a nice day!

Hi!!! What are you doing today? What are your plans? I have a single-portion cake recipe for you today. This is a good option if you don't want to make the whole cake and you want something sweet. The recipe is simple and fast. We need jelly, friut yogurt, one rice wafel and cocoa. We make jelly in 200 ml water, when it cools down, we add fruit yogurt and crushed rice waffle to it. Let's put it in the fridge and wait until it freezes. Then we mix the cocoa with water or milk so that it is thick and pour on top. We are wainting again until the topping is in the fridge.  The single-protion cake is ready!! Bon Appetit!

I had to present you an ice cream recipe today, but something else came out.  It's a fast and sweet dessert, I didn't have time on my Mother's Day so I quickly came up witch such a recipe. We need meringue, you can buy it or make and crumble it into pieces. I freeze a banana beforehand, but it is no necessary, add mascarpone and natural yogurt to it and everything blend. Falafel is a chickpea dough that can easily be replaced with meat. I will present you my fastest and easiest falafel recipe.  Let's take the chickpeas from the can and cast the marinade. We blend chickpeas, add gralic, our favorite spices and herbs and blend again. We form balls or burger from the mass. We can fry or bake them, I baked my falefels in the oven until they bacame hard. Good evening! This time I have a more salty recipe for you. This is food that I associate with Poland very much. I'm talking aobut lard! It's vegan in my version. The make it you have to fry apple and onion and give a can of white beans to the bowl. We add spices and herbs that we like to the bans. Later, we add fried onion and apple. We blend everything thoroughly and thats all, our vegan lard is ready! It is a simple and quick recipe, in addition very healthy and full od vegetable protein. You must try it!

Hi!! What's the weather at your place? What interesting are you doing today? Recently I gave you recipe for banana pancakes, I decided to make it again in vegan version! Like last time, I start with a blended banana. I added rive milk and vegan coconut yogurt, then I added flour with baking powder. We fry in a hot pan, you have to be very careful when turning the pancakes, because they can break down. They were tasty but by making them I was sure I would be a fail ;). I recommend you eat them with yogurt, I ate the same vegan yogurt, which I wrote in the recipe.

Hello everyone!! What's up? What are your plans for today? I come to you with a delicious oatmeal recipe. This is an idea for a healthy and fantastic breakfast. You cook oatmeal on the water, then you take roughly twice the amount of cottage cheese.  Add cocoa to the cheese and crumbel into smaler pieces in a bowl.  You aded to this cooked oatmeal and you blend everything until smooth. Comes out of this mousse with a slightly cheesecake taste. Additionally, you can give your favorite fruit, in my case it's strawberries. That's all, bon appetit! P.S. There is no cocoa in my version because I didn't have it at home :)

Hi! What's up? I'm fine but I'm a little tired. This time I have a dinner recipe for you.   It is a meal similar to a buddha bowl, a kind of vegan salad, it's vegetarian, but it's easy to turn it into a original vegan. The base of this dish is millet. Totally vegan!   The recipe is easy, just 200 grams of canned chickpeas, banana, a tablespoon of peanut butter and a cube of chocolate.   Blend the chickpeas, banana and peanut butter until smooth.     Then decorate with crushed chocolate.   This mousse is rich in protein, it is also very tasty, healthy and can replace us with sweets.   You must try it!

 Hello!  In this post I would like to tell you about plant drinks that replace milk.   There are many types, almond, rice, nut, coconut ...   Everyone tastes and looks different. For example, soy has a slightly yellow color, and coconut -   creamy white.   The consistency of most of them is quite watery, although the exception is coconut, which resembles  that of cow's milk, is denser and fatter than other vegetable drinks.  It is very common to hear that cow's milk cannot be replaced with vegetable ones, because calcium   deficiencies may occur.   This is not true, it turns out that some plant drinks have more calcium than cows!   In fact, if we want plant milk to have something more in its composition, we must check the composition of each, because they are all different.   My favorite vegetable milk is rice, coconut and soy milk. Hi everyone! Today I have a recipe for banana pancakes for you. They are not vegan but are healthy and delicious :) The recipe is very simple and fast, you can use it for breakfast tomorrow! Just crush or blend one banana, add an egg to it and pour in two tablespoons of the flour you like, I usually choose oat, portable or corn. Mix the mass and fry in a pan so that they come out round pancakes. They are very sweet so you don't have to add sugar. You can eat them with fruit, yogurt or just like me with cream cheese.
