I have many interests, including cooking.
My favorite recipe for dinner is Dal, it is a vegan Indian dish.
 Today I will present you my favorite lentil, which I eat with pita bread.
We need 350 grams of red lentils, we cook them with a two glasses of water and spoon of turmeric.
 In the pan, fry onion with curry and spicy spices, when the onion is golden, put it a pot with lentils. Next we add half can of coconut milk and mix everything.
Our Dal is ready, so we're taking bread.
We make a mass of wheat flour, water and salt, roll into thin pies and fry a dry pan.
That's all, the dish is simple, tasty and interesting, you can cook them especially for friends or family, maybe they never have eaten something like that.
