I will present you my traditional oatmeal recipe.
You cook oat flakes with soy milk, it can be any other vegetable milk, but you must remember to provide protein, there is quite a lot of it in soy milk.
Add your favorite fruit, nuts or spices (e.g. cinnamon).
It is also good to add some butter or paste that contains healthy protein and fats, I usually add peanut butter, but it can also be tahini or almond paste.
In the vegan diet, you need to try to get the largest balance of nutrients in your meals, otherwise you can hurt yourself and lead to shortages.
