Hi everyone!
Today I have a recipe for banana pancakes for you.
They are not vegan but are healthy and delicious :)
The recipe is very simple and fast, you can use it for breakfast tomorrow!
Just crush or blend one banana, add an egg to it and pour in two tablespoons of the flour you like, I usually choose oat, portable or corn.
Mix the mass and fry in a pan so that they come out round pancakes.
They are very sweet so you don't have to add sugar.
You can eat them with fruit, yogurt or just like me with cream cheese.
