This is a chickpea cookie dough. Totally vegan!
The recipe is easy, just 200 grams of canned chickpeas, banana, a tablespoon of peanut butter and a cube of chocolate.
Blend the chickpeas, banana and peanut butter until smooth.
Then decorate with crushed chocolate.
This mousse is rich in protein, it is also very tasty, healthy and can replace us with sweets.
